Overview
These terms govern your purchase and use of the ClaPat Bundle, a collection of 30 HTML templates sold by CLAPAT STUDIO SRL, trading as ClaPat. Registered in Romania, company number 32295880, Trade Register J11/495/2013, registered office at 484 Toplet, Caras-Severin 327400, Romania. By buying the ClaPat Bundle, you agree to these terms.
What you buy
The Bundle is a one-time purchase that gives you the complete source code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for all 30 templates, delivered instantly as a single download. What you can and can't do with the templates is set out on the License page.
Pricing
The launch price is $60 for the first 30 days after release. After that, the ClaPat Bundle stays available at $120 and the launch price does not return. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prices are in US dollars, and any taxes that apply where you live are calculated by Gumroad at checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record. Gumroad handles the transaction, billing, and any applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms at checkout.
Delivery
Access to the download is granted immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive access, contact us and we'll re-issue your download.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the ClaPat Bundle is delivered instantly as a single download of all 30 templates, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is complete. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you ask for immediate delivery at checkout and, in doing so, you give up the fourteen day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied straight away. Rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you are not affected. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Acceptable use
You may use the templates to build websites for yourself and your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the original template files. The complete list of what's allowed is on the License page.
Updates and support
Lifetime updates cover compatibility and bug fixes for these 30 templates, for as long as we maintain them, and do not include new templates or new features. The Bundle includes documentation, not one-to-one support.
Liability
The templates are provided as is. We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law. This doesn't affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
