The ClaPat Bundle is a digital product sold by CLAPAT STUDIO SRL, delivered instantly as a single download that contains the complete source code for all 30 templates. Because the full product is accessible immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
Immediate access
By completing your purchase, you agree that access to the download begins immediately. For digital content delivered this way, you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once the download has started. This doesn't affect rights under applicable law that cannot be waived, such as where a product is faulty or was never delivered.
Check before you buy
Because sales are final, everything you need to decide is published before checkout. The demo images inside the templates are blurred placeholders, because the photography in the live previews is licensed to its authors and cannot be passed on. The ClaPat Bundle includes documentation but no technical support. Every template can be viewed as a full live demo from the product page, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Changing your mind after purchase is not a reason for a refund.
Problems with your download
If your download fails, the files are corrupted, or you didn't receive access after paying, contact us and we'll make it right by re-issuing your download. A technical delivery issue isn't the same as a refund request, and we're always happy to help.
Payments and Gumroad
Payments are processed by Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own refund and dispute policies at checkout.
Chargebacks
If anything is wrong with your order, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us slows the fix and may result in losing access to your download and to future purchases.
