CLAPAT STUDIO SRL, trading as ClaPat, is the data controller for this website. Registered in Romania, company number 32295880, Trade Register J11/495/2013, registered office at 484 Toplet, Caras-Severin 327400, Romania. What we collect
When you buy the Bundle, the information needed to process your order is collected: your name, email address, billing details, and country. This is used to deliver your download, send order confirmations, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Because we sell through Gumroad, most of this data is collected and held by Gumroad, and we only receive the details needed to fulfil your order.
Payments and Gumroad
Payments are processed by Gumroad, acting as Merchant of Record. Gumroad handles your card details and billing directly, under its own privacy policy, and your full payment information is never stored on our servers. You can read how Gumroad handles your data at gumroad.com/privacy.
Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers to run the ClaPat Bundle. Gumroad, Inc. processes orders, payments, and delivery as Merchant of Record. MailerLite handles our email list if you subscribe. Google Analytics measures site usage if you accept analytics cookies. Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, which means your data may be transferred to countries including the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards each provider has in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Why we can use your data
We process your data to deliver the product you bought and to run the order (performance of a contract), to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation), and, only if you opt in, to send you occasional product news (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
We may send you emails related to your purchase, such as receipts, download links, and important product updates. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news about ClaPat products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict how it is used. To do so, contact us using the details below. We keep order records for as long as Romanian tax and accounting law requires, currently ten years, and we delete newsletter data as soon as you unsubscribe. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies necessary for it to function, and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google's servers, including outside the European Union, under Google's own privacy policy. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
