Your licence
Your purchase gives you an unlimited licence to use all 30 templates in the ClaPat Bundle, granted by CLAPAT STUDIO SRL, trading as ClaPat. One payment, yours to keep, with no recurring fees and no per-site cost. The licence is worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive.
You can
Build unlimited personal websites. Use the templates for unlimited client projects. Modify the code, layout, images, and content however you like. Charge your clients for the finished websites you build. Keep the files forever after purchase.
You can't
Resell or redistribute the original template files. Include the templates in your own bundle or template pack. Create derivative templates or themes for resale. Offer the templates inside a SaaS or site-builder service. Share your download link publicly.
The simple version
The templates themselves stay ours. The websites you build with them are yours. You can sell your work to as many clients as you like. You just can't sell the raw templates as a product of your own.
Ownership
You receive the complete source code and own your copy of it. There's no platform to stay subscribed to and no account that has to stay active for your sites to keep working. Once downloaded, the files are yours to host anywhere, forever.
Third-party assets
The demo images inside the templates are blurred placeholders. The images in the live previews are licenced to their authors and cannot be passed on, so they are not included and are not licenced for use on your sites in any form. Replace demo content with images and video you own or have licenced before you go live. Fonts, icon sets, and third-party libraries are each covered by their own licence, granted by their own author, and this licence does not change them. Each template's documentation lists what it uses.
Teams and agencies
One purchase covers one organisation. Everyone working inside your company or your studio may use the files for that company's projects, including freelancers while they work on them. You can also hand a finished website to a client, including the source files of that site, as part of the work you deliver. What it does not cover is giving the ClaPat Bundle itself to another company for that company's own separate use. That company buys its own copy.
If the licence is breached
If the templates are redistributed or resold in breach of this licence, the licence ends immediately and the files must be deleted. Websites already built and delivered in good faith before that point are not affected.

This page is the plain-English summary. The complete licence agreement ships as LICENSE.txt in the root of the download. Where this page and LICENSE.txt differ, LICENSE.txt is the one that counts.
